Traub a/k/a Stephen Traub and Kelly Lynn Traub a/k/a Kelly L. Traub f/k/a Kelly Lynn Jester, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, BARBARA T. SCOTT, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash AT WWW.CHARLOTTE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES at 11:00AM on May 29, 2013, the following property as set forth said Final Judgement, to-wit:
LOT 26, BLOCK 3582, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 62, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 76A THROUGH 76E, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
