Notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 29, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 2011-CA-001818 of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein Wells Fargo Bank, National Association, Plaintiff and Joseph J. Alberino a/k/a Joseph Alberino and Marianne Alberino, Husband and Wife are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, BARBARA T. SCOTT, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash AT WWW.CHARLOTTE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES at 11:00AM on May 3, 2013, the following property as set forth said Final Judgement, to-wit:
UNIT 106, LAKESIDE OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, A CONDOMINIUM, PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, RECORDED SEPTEMBER 11, 1985, IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 831, PAGES 1560 THROUGH 1634, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED 1/36TH SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
