Notice is hereby given as required by a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed September 28, 2012 entered in Case No.: 12-528-CA of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, where SUNSHINE VILLAS HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff and ROXANNE FLAHERTY-DONOVAN, SUCCESSOR TRUSTEE OF THE VINCENT TRUST u/a/d 12/1/06, as trustee, is the Defendant. I will sell to the highest bidder for cash beginning at 11:00 a.m. at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes on the 22 day of March, 2013, the following described property in accordance with the Summary Final Judgment in Foreclosure:
