Notice is hereby given pursuant to an Order of Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 29, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 2011-CA-003460 of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein Federal National Mortgage Association, Plaintiff and Frank Jones, Personal Representative of The Estate of Richard W. Jones a/k/a Richard Jones, Deceased are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, BARBARA T. SCOTT, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash AT WWW.CHARLOTTE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES at 11:00AM on May 6, 2013, the following property as set forth said Final Judgement, to-wit:
UNIT A-1, GOLFERS VIEW CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 918, PAGE 2022, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND ACCORDING TO THE GRAPHIC DESCRIPTION CONTAINED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 7, PAGE 26, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AS DESCRIBED IN THE DECLARATION.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
