NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated and entered in Case No. 08-2010-CA-000800 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for CHARLOTTE County, Florida wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is the Plaintiff and THOMAS D. POMERLEAU; MARJORIE M. POMERLEAU; TENANT #1 N/K/A IAN A. POMERLEAU are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.CHARLOTTE.REALFORECLOSE.COM in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statues at 11:00AM, on the 31 day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
LOT 8, BLOCK 2226, PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, SECTION 37, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 41A THROUGH 41H, PUBLIC RECORDS OF CHARLOTTE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
