Semach, Yvette Marie Semach, Sugar Mill Lakes Homeowners Association, Inc., Unknown Tenant #1 N/K/A Callie Semach, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on online at www.manatee.realforeclose.com, Manatee County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 21st day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 152, SUGAR MILL LAKES, PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 44, PAGE 108, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
