CELICO; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF SANDRA M. CELICO AKA SANDRA CELICO N/K/A MICHAEL PION; OAKLEY PLACE HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION OF MANATEE COUNTY, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at on the Internet at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on the 12th day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
