NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment dated February 8, 2013, entered in Civil Case No.: 41-2008-CA-010937, DIVISION: B, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF STRUCTURED ASSET SECURITIES CORPORATION, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-S is Plaintiff, and MIGUEL A. PORTALATIN PEREZ; AWILDA GARCIA PORTALATIN; UNKNOWN TENANT #1; UNKNOWN TENANT #2; ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAME UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS are Defendant(s).
R.B. “CHIPS” SHORE, the Clerk of Court Shall sell to the highest bidder for cash at 11:00 a.m., at an online public sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com on the 8th day of March, 2013 the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
THE WEST 70 FEET OF LOTS 451 AND 452 AND THE SOUTH 1/2 OF THE WEST 70 FEET OF LOT 450, PINECREST SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 4, AT PAGE 55, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
This property is located at the Street address of: 1631 33rd Avenue East, Bradenton, Florida 34208.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
