Notice is given that pursuant to the Uniform Final Judgment for Foreclosure entered in Case No.: 2012 CA 003894, on December 7, 2012, in the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Florida, in which WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A. is the Plaintiff, and the Defendants are PETER D. BERDEN, EDMUND J. OMAN, LENNAR HOMES, INC., MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. and COVERED BRIDGE ESTATES COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC. The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in an online sale at www.manatee.realforeclose.com at 11:00 a.m. on March 7, 2013, the following described property as set forth in the Uniform Final Judgment for Foreclosure and Award of Attorney Fees and Costs:
