NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed February 8, 2013, and entered in Case No. 41 2009 CA 013316, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE County, Florida. FANNIE MAE (“FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION”) is Plaintiff and VALERIE W. GRAY; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF VALERIE W. GRAY IF ANY; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; JOHN DOE AND; JANE DOE AS UNKNOWN TENANTS IN POSSESSION; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC., AS NOMINEE FOR CTX MORTGAGE COMPANY, LLC; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at: www.manatee.realforeclose.com, at 11:00 A.M., on the 12th day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 12, BLOCK A, HIGHLAND SHORES, FIRST UNIT, AS PER MAP OR PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 8, PAGE 23, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDD OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
