NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 11, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2009 CA 014477 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida in which Citibank, N.A., as Successor Trustee for the holders of MASTR Adjustable Mortgages Trust 2007-HF2 in a securitization transaction pursuant to Pooling and Servicing Agreement, dated as of July 1, 2007 , is the Plaintiff and Kelly K. Blake a/k/a Kelly Kristen Blake, Leonardo J. Rojas a/k/a Leonardo Jose Rojas a/k/a Leonardo Rojas Ruis, , Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on the Internet: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com , Sarasota County, Florida at 9:00am on the 18th day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
