BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING,LP is Plaintiff and THOMAS M. MONAHAN AKA THOMAS MONAHAN; et al, are defendants. The clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, except as set forth herein after, by electronic sale at: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com on March 11, 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
