NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 28, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2011 CA 004898 NC, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida. Fifth Third Mortgage Company is Plaintiff and JOSEPH MACHNIK AKA JOSEPH E. MACHNIK, DECEASED; JOSHUA JOSEPH MACHNIK, KNOWN HEIR OF JOSEPH MACHNIK AKA JOSEPH E. MACHNIK, DECEASED; MEAGAN M. MACHNIK, KNOWN HEIR OF JOSEPH MACHNIK AKA JOSEPH E. MACHNIK, DECEASED; SCOTT WILLIAM MACHNIK, KNOWN HEIR OF JOSEPH MACHNIK AKA JOSEPH E. MACHNIK, DECEASED; , et al, are defendants. I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, except as set forth herein after, by electronic sale at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com on March 7, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lots 9 and 10, Block 251, 7th Addition To Port Charlotte Subdivision, a subdivision according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 12, at Pages 19, 19A through 19N, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
