NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated February 11, 2013 and entered in Case NO. 58-2008-CA-015507-NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida wherein WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK F/K/A WASHINGTON MUTUAL BANK, FA, is the Plaintiff and BETTY B. KELLOGG; SOUTH GATE VILLAGE GREEN CONDOMINIUM SECTION THREE ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on 03/12/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT NO. 309, OF SOUTH GATE VILLAGE GREEN CONDOMINIUM, SECTION 3, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 653, PAGE 385 THROUGH 413, AS AMENDED, AND ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM BOOK 2, PAGE 8, AS AMENDED, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS TO THE DECLARATION AND ANY UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS OR APPURTENANCES THERETO.
