NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that, in accordance with the Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 28th, 2013, and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 003278, of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, Wells Fargo Bank N.A., as Trustee, for Carrington Mortgage Loan Trust, Series 2006-NC5 Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates, Plaintiff and RACHEL F. REICHENBACH AK/A RACHAEL F. REICHENBACH; BRUCE M. REICHENBACH, JR.; , ET AL, are defendants. The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, SALE BEGINNING AT 9:00 AM on this March 11th, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
