Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the above-styled cause, in the Circuit Court of Sarasota County, Florida, I will sell the property situate in Sarasota County, Florida, described as:
Lot 320, Brentwood Estates, Unit No. 4, as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 12, Pages 7 and 7A, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
to the highest bidder for cash in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes at 9:00 a.m., or as soon as possible thereafter, on the 20th day of March, 2013, at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com
ANY LIENHOLDER OR PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FUNDS FOR THIS SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE IN ACCORDANCE WITH SECTION 45.031(1)(a), FLORIDA STATUTES.
