Beckmeyer, deceased, whose date of death was December 2, 2012, File Number 2012 CP 004743 NC, is pending in the Circuit Court for Sarasota County, Florida, Civil Law Division, the address of which is 2000 Main Street, P.O. Box 3079, Sarasota, Florida 34230-3079. The name and address of the personal representative and the name and address of the personal representative's attorney are set forth below.
