Final Judgement was awarded on February 8, 2013 in Civil Case No. 36-2011-CA-055105, of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein, wells fargo bank, na is the Plaintiff, and, bettina m. stavredes; james c. stavredes, a/k/a james stavredes; wells fargo bank, n.a.; deer lake master property owners association, inc.; deer lake homeowners association, inc.,are Defendants.
The clerk of the court, Linda Doggett will sell to the highest bidder for cash Beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with chapter 45 Florida Statutes on the 13th day of March, 2013, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
LOT 176, OF DEER LAKE UNIT 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 76, PAGE 70, OF THE PUBIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
