NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed February 8, 2013, entered in Case No. 12-CA-054748 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit, in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon FKA The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the Certificateholders of the CWABS, Inc., Asset-Backed Certificates, Series 2006-24 is the Plaintiff and Patrick M. Guerrasio; Unknown Spouse of Patrick M. Guerrasio; Laura Guerrasio; Unknown Spouse of Laura Guerrasio; Bank of America, N.A., CitiBank (South Dakota) N.A.; Unknown Tenant #1; Unknown Tenant #2 are the Defendants, that I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.lee.realforeclose.com , beginning at 9:00 AM on the 11 day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
