NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure Filed FEB 08 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-CA-053086 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein CITIMORTGAGE, INC. SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO ABN AMRO MORTGAGE GROUP, INC. is Plaintiff, and SANDRA G. KESSLER A/K/A SANDRA KESSLER, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 am at www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 9 day of May, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 1 AND THE WEST 10 FEET OF LOT 2, BLOCK E, REVISED PLAT OF A PORTION OF SEMINOLE ESTATES, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 156 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
