Notice is given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on the 12 day of February, 2013, in Civil Action No. 12-CC-005946, of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, in which COPPER OAKS HOMEOWNERS' ASSOCIATION, INC., is the Plaintiff and BAO LONG, HUYEN DOAN, and JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, N.A., are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on the 15 day of March, 2013, the following described real property set forth in the Final Judgment of Foreclosure in Lee County, Florida:
Lot 79, Block B, COPPER OAKS, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 80, at Page 47, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
