WADE A/K/A B.L. WADE; AMBER L. WADE; TRUST ONE MORTGAGE, A CALIFORNIA CORPORATOIN; NATIONWIDE MUTUAL FIRE INSURANCE COMPANY, AS SUBROGEE OF WILLIAM J.
