ASSETBACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-20 is the Plaintiff and WALTER DICKEY; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, AS NOMINEE FOR AMERICA' S WHOLESALE LENDER; are the Defendants, The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.PASCO.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES at 11:00AM, on 03/25/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
