NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale filed February 8, 2013, entered in Civil Case No. 2009-CA-068290 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein Chase Home Finance, LLC, Plaintiff and Andrew P. Nittoso, Jr., Individually and as Personal Representative of the Estate of Ruth E. Nittoso, Deceased are defendant(s), I, Clerk of Court, LINDA DOGGETT, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BEGINNING 9:00 A.M. AT WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45 FLORIDA STATUTES on March 13, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 26, THE PRESERVE, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 48, PAGES 68 THROUGH 71, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
