YOU ARE NOTIFIED that an action to foreclose a mortgage in and to the following property in Pasco County, Florida:
The East 1/2 of Lot 50 and all of Lot 51 and the West 1/2 of Lot 52, FLORESTATE PARK, Unit No. 1, a Subdivision as per plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 7, Page 10, of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida. TOGETHER WITH 1988 SIES mobile home, ID#28610679X permanently affixed to the property.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on the plaintiffs' attorney, whose name and address is: Harvey Schonbrun, Esquire, 1802 North Morgan Street, Tampa, Florida 33602-2328, on or before March 25, 2013, and file the original with the Clerk of this court either before service of plaintiffs' attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
