NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 15, 2013, and entered in Case No. 51-2009-CA-000452-WS of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida in which Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee of the IndyMac INDX Mortgage Loan Trust 2005-AR7, Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 2005-AR7 under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement dated April 1, 2005, is the Plaintiff and , Fatime Muljoli, Indymac Federal Bank, F.S.B. Successor by Merger to Indymac Bank, F.S.B., Jack Mancuso as Trustee of the Avanti Trust, A Land Trust, Shemsi Shala, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on held online www.pasco.realforeclose.com: in Pasco County, Florida, Pasco County, Florida at 11:00AM on the 26th day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
