Lot 26, coral ridge estates, an unrecorded subdivision in Section 21, Township 44 South, Range 23 East, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Official Records Book 309, Pages 866 and 867, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida
at public sale, at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 AM, on the 15 day of March, 2013.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
