Notice is hereby given pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure filed the 14 day of February, 2013, and entered in case No. 12-CC-06246 in the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein STONEYBROOK VILLAS I AT GATEWAY ASSOCIATION, INC. is the Plaintiff and FEDERAL HOME LOAN MORTGAGE CORPORATION is the Defendant. That I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 AM at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 18 day of March, 2013 the following described property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure, to-wit:
Lot 26, Block 1, STONEYBROOK AT GATEWAY UNIT2, according to the Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 78, Page 26, Public Records of Lee County, Florida
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
