Notice is given that pursuant to the In Rem Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 12, 2013 in Case No. 51 2012 CA 5341 ES the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein VERTICAL MORTGAGE FUND I, LLC is the Plaintiff and NORMAN L. GOLDBERG AND KAREN GOLDBERG, MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. as Nominee for Homecomings Financial Network, Inc., CHELSEA MEADOWS CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC., UNKNOWN TENANT #1, AND UNKNOWN TENANT #2 are Defendants, The Clerk will sell to highest and best bidder for cash at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance to Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, at 11:00a.m. on April 1, 2013, the following described property as set forth in the In Rem Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
