NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on October 26, 2012 in Civil Case No. 2010-CA-000290 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE SERVICING, INC. is the Plaintiff and KAREN ZAKREWSKI A/K/A KAREN BARBARA ZAKREWSKI, et al., are the Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 8th day of March, 2013 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
Unit 50201, VILLAGES OF BLOOMINGDALE CONDOMINIUM NO. 4, A CONDOMINIUM, according to the Declaration of Condominium as recorded in Official Records Book 16088, Page 1110, amended in Official Records Book 16123, Page 1240 and Official Records Book 16123, Page 1244 and all other amendments thereto, and according to the Condominium Plat as recorded in Condominium Plat Book 20, Pages 272 through 275, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements and common surplus.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
