LOT 29, THE SOUTHERLY 30.1 FEET OF LOT 28 AND THE NORTHERLY 15.0 FEET OF LOT 30, BLOCK “A”, IN RIVER BEND SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 157, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
commonly known as 1408 E PARK CIRCLE, TAMPA, FL 33604 has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on Edward B. Pritchard of Kass Shuler, P.A., plaintiff's attorney, whose address is P.O. Box 800, Tampa, Florida 33601, (813) 229-0900, on or before March 25, 2013, (or 30 days from the first date of publication, whichever is later) and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on the Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
