NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Summary Final Judgment of foreclosure dated January 18, 2013, and entered in Case No. 12-4347 DIV C, UCN: 292012CA004347XXXXXX of the Circuit Court in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP is Plaintiff and WENDI RANDALL; BORDEAUX VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 1; UNKNOWN TENANT NO. 2; and ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING INTERESTS BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST A NAMED DEFENDANT TO THIS ACTION, OR HAVING OR CLAIMING TO HAVE ANY RIGHT, TITLE OR INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY HEREIN DESCRIBED, are Defendants, PAT FRANK, Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 a.m.on the 8 day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to-wit:
UNIT NO. 25, BUILDING OF BORDEAUX VILLAGE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 4333, PAGE 1418, AND AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 4394, PAGE 1730 AND ALL AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND AS PER PLAT RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK, 6, PAGE 78 AND AMENDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 12, AND AMENDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 24, PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
Pursuant to Florida Statute 45.031(2), this notice shall be published twice, once a week for two consecutive weeks, with the last publication being at least 5 days prior to the sale.
