NOTICE IS GIVEN that pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment for Foreclosure of Liens, entered in this action on the 12th day of February, 2013, I will sell to the highest and best bidder or bidders for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, on April 5, 2013 at 10:00 a.m., the following described property:
Lot 4, Block 3, Westchase Section “371”, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 75, Page 72 of the public records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
and improvements thereon, located at 10232 Millport Drive, Tampa, Florida 33626 (the “Property”). Any person claiming an interest in the surplus, if any, from the judicial sale of the Property, other than the Property owner, as of the date of the Notice of Lis Pendens, must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the judicial sale of the Property.
