FARRELL; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF LUZ P. FARRELL; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR HSBC MORTGAGE SERVICES; SUMMERFIELD MASTER COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC.; TENANT #1 N/K/A LAWRENCE FARRELL are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 04/05/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
