NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated February 08, 2013 and entered in Case No. 29-2011-CA-014271 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein SUN WEST MORTGAGE COMPANY INC. is the Plaintiff and THE UNKNOWN HEIRS,DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH,UNDER, OR AGAINST LESLIE SERIGHT, DECEASED; ANTOINETTE L. SERIGHT, AS HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF LESLIE G. SERIGHT A/K/A LESLIE GENE SERIGHT A/K/A LESLIE SERIGHT, DECEASED; CHRISTINA A. SERIGHT, AS HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF LESLIE G. SERIGHT A/K/A LESLIE GENE SERIGHT A/K/A LESLIE SERIGHT, DECEASED; JEANNE SERIGHT BARAD A/K/A JEANNE S. BARAD A/K/A JEANNE D. SERIGHT A/K/A JEANNE D. CONRAD, AS HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF LESLIE G. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within sixty (60) days after the sale.
