NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated December 14, 2012 and entered in Case No. 11 012959, DIVISION of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida wherein BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is the Plaintiff and FLORIN POPA; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF FLORIN POPA N/K/A RAFILA POPA; WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A.; GRANDE OASIS AT CARROLLWOOD CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 04/05/2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
UNIT 1923, AT THE GRANDE OASIS AT CARROLLWOOD, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 16097, PAGE 0420, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.
