NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated February 11th , 2013, and entered in Case No. 08-CA-024424, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida. Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation, Plaintiff and JACK R. BAUMWOLL A/K/A JACK BAUMWOLL; NIKKI BAUMWOLL A/K/A NIKKI M. BAUMWOLL; JACK R. BAUMWOLL A/K/A JACK BAUMWOLL AS TRUSTEE OF THE BAUMWOLL LIVING TRUST DATED OCTOBER 6, 2006; NIKKI BAUMWOLL A/K/A NIKKI M BAUMWOLL AS TRUSTEE OF THE BAUMWOLL LIVING TRUST DATED OCTOBER 6, 2006; , ET AL, are defendants.
