NOTICE IS HEREBY given pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 24, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2008-CA-011916 of the Circuit Court of the 13th Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein PNC Bank, National Association Successor By Merger To National City Bank Successor By Merger To National City Mortgage Co., is the Plaintiff and Brian Bargren; Stacy Mckevitt, A/K/A Stacy Bargen; The Village of Oak Creek Master Association, Inc.; The Sanctuary at Oak Creek Homeowners' Association, Inc.; Suntrust Bank; John Doe, (Refused Name); and Michael W. Hopper, are the Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com beginning at 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time, on March 14, 2013, the following described property set forth in said Order or Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 17, Block 9, Parkway Center Single Family Phase 1, According to Map or Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 89, Page 39 of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.
IF YOU ARE A PERSON CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK OF COURT NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS. AFTER 60 DAYS, ONLY THE OWNER OF RECORD AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MAY CLAIM THE SURPLUS.
