NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated February 15, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2009-CA-017170 - DIVISION J of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida in which Bank of America, National Association as successor by merger to LaSalle Bank N.A. as Trustee for Washington Mutual Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates WMALT Series 2006-2 Trust, is the Plaintiff and John E. Saxton, Rose M. Short-Saxton, Fifth Third Bank, Grand Hampton Homeowners Association, Inc., are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically/online at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM on the 5th day of April, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
LOT 12, BLOCK 8, GRAND HAMPTON, PHASE 1A, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 98, PAGE 32, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
BEING THE SAME PROPERTY THAT IS DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN CORPORATE WARRANTY DEED AS SHOWN RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 15915 AT PAGE 184, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
