NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 23rd day of January, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2011-CA-003005, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein ONEWEST BANK F.S.B. is the Plaintiff and ZOE PAUL A/K/A ZOE O. PAUL, CLASSIC TOWNHOMES OF HIGHLAND PARK ASSOCIATION, INC., HIGHLAND PARK NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION, INC., MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS INCORPORATED AS NOMINEE FOR QUICKEN LOANS, INC., TOWNHOMES OF HIGHLAND PARK ASSOCIATION, INC., UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ZOE PAUL A/K/A ZOE O. PAUL and UNKNOWN TENANT (S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 11th day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 4, BLOCK 32, HIGHLAND PARK PHASE 2A-2, AS PER PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 103, PAGES 41-47, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
