NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 23rd day of January, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29 2010 CA 003860, of the Circuit Court of the 13TH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, LP FKA COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING LP is the Plaintiff and DAWN L. IRELAND A/K/A DAWN LEE CORNETTE, THE HIGHLANDS AT HUNTER'S GREEN CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF DAWN L. IRELAND A/K/A DAWN LEE CORNETTE and UNKNOWN TENANT(S) IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY are defendants. The Clerk of this Court shall sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, the Clerk's website for on-line auctions at, 10:00 AM on the 11th day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT NO. 904, THE HIGHLANDS AT HUNTER'S GREEN, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 12788, PAGE 177, AS MAY BE AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
