NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered on January 23, 2013 in Civil Case No. 09-CA-029815 of the Circuit Court of the THIRTEENTH Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. F/K/A COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS SERVICING, L.P. is the Plaintiff and JOHN TIMOTHY STRATTON, et al., are the Defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 13th day of March, 2013 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 13, BLOCK 14, RIVERCREST PHASE 1B3, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 102, PAGE 39 THROUGH 43, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
