NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 5th day of February, 2013 and entered in Case No. 11-CA-013196, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida wherein THE HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION AT WESTWOOD LAKES, INC., is the Plaintiff and MICHAEL D. SCHUH, aka MIKE SCHUH; FIRST FRANKLIN FINANCIAL CORPORATION and AMERICAN EXPRESS CENTURION BANK CORPORATION are the Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash online via the internet at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 26th day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
