NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated JANUARY 23, 2013, and entered in Case No. 29-2009-CA-026471 Div C of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein HSBC BANK USA, N.A., is the Plaintiff and MERCEDES ALLER; HSBC MORTGAGE CORPORATION (USA); JOSE ALLER; UNKNOWN TENANT; GRANDE OASIS AT CARROLLWOOD CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC. are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Tampa, FL 33602, at 10:00 a.m. on MARCH 13, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 1620, BUILDING 1600, AT THE GRANDE OASIS AT CARROLLWOOD, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 16097, AT PAGE 420, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS DECLARED IN SAID DECLARATION TO BE APPURTENANT TO THE ABOVE DESCRIBED DWELLING UNIT.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
