NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated JANUARY 23, 2013, and entered in Case No. 07-CA-007789 DIV C of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, wherein AMERICAN HOME MORTGAGE SERVICING, INC.,, is the Plaintiff and KIMBERLY MOODY; TOWNHOMES OF BAY PORT COLONY HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.; BANK OF AMERICA, N.A.; CURRENT RESIDENT are the Defendant(s). Pat Frank as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, Tampa, FL 33602, at 10:00 a.m. on MARCH 13, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 5, IN BLOCK 2, OF TOWNHOMES OF BAY PORT COLONY, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 101, AT PAGE 51, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
