Notice is given pursuant to a final judgment dated January 29, 2013, in Case No. 10-CA-011147 of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for Hillsborough County, Florida, in which TOWNHOMES OF SUMMERFIELD HOMEOWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. is the plaintiff and ELIZABETH BARRETTO, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF ELIZABETH BARRETTO A/K/A JOHN R. PETRENKO, AND ANY UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, CREDITORS, AND OTHER UNKNOWN PERSONS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH AND UNDER ELIZABETH BARRETTO, are the defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the lobby of the Hillsborough County Courthouse in Tampa, Hillsborough County, Florida at 10:00 a.m. on March 18, 2013, the following described property set forth in the order of final judgment:
Lot 10, Block 4, SUMMERFIELD VILLAGE 1, Tract 2, Phase 1 and 2, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF IN PLAT BOOK 93, PAGE 10, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA. Property address: 10701 Keys Gate Dr., Riverview, Florida 33579.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner, as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
