N. 00º57'00” WEST, 38.37 FEET); THENCE LEAVING SAID WEST LOT LINE, RADIAL TO SAID CURVE, SOUTH 89º41'57” EAST, 100.25 FEET TO THE EAST LINE OF SAID LOT 50 BEING A NON-TANGENT CURVE CONCAVE NORTHEASTERLY HAVING A RADIUS OF 778.51 FEET; THENCE SOUTHERLY ALONG SAID EAST LOT LINE, 33.99 FEET THROUGH A CENTRAL ANGLE OF 02º30'07” (C.B.S. 00º57'00” EAST, 33.99 FEET); THENCE ALONG THE EAST LINE OF SAID LOTS 50 AND 51, SOUTH 02º12'04” EAST, 10.01 FEET; THENCE LEAVING SAID EAST LINE ALONG A LINE 5.00 FEET SOUTH OF AND PARALLEL WITH THE NORTH LINE OF SAID LOT 51, SOUTH 87º47'56” WEST, 100.25 FEET TO THE WEST LINE OF SAID LOT 51; THENCE ALONG SAID WEST LOT LINE, NORTH 02º12'04” WEST, 5.00 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on TRIPP SCOTT, P.A., the Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 110 S.E. 6th Street, 15th Floor, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33301, on or before April 1, 2013, (no later than 30 days from the date of the first publication of this Notice of Action) and file this original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition filed herein.
