NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated January 23, 2013, and entered in Case No. 52-2010-CA-002640 of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, successor in interest to Washington Mutual Bank, FA, is the Plaintiff and Gloria Salgueiro, Mark Salgueiro a/k/a Mark S. Salgueiro, Fountain Square Condominium Association, are defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 12th day of March, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 76, FOUNTAIN SQUARE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5012, PAGE 335, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH ALL EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO AND MADE A PART THEREOF; AND ACCORDING TO CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 41, PAGES 40-44, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
