Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the case pending in the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, Case No. 12-10917-CO-041, the undersigned Clerk will sell the property situated in said county, described as:
UNIT NUMBER 11, OF PATRIOT SQUARE CONDOMINIUM APARTMENTS, SECTION 1, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3929, PAGE 725, TOGETHER WITH ANY AND ALL AMENDMENTS AND/OR MODIFICATIONS ATTACHING THERETO OR THEREFROM, ALL IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN AND TO THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m. on March 22, 2013. The sale shall be conducted online at http://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus proceeds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the notice, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
