NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated JANUARY 22, 2013, and entered in Case No. 11008801CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR HSI ASSET SECURITIZATION CORPORATION TRUST 2006-OPT3 MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OPT3, is the Plaintiff and EDWARD K. WEST, JR.; CACH, LLC; WORLDWIDE ASSET PURCHASING, LLC; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA are the Defendant(s). Ken Burke as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM on MARCH 8, 2013, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 2, BLOCK H, MOUNT VERNON SUBN, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 6, PAGE 97, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
